- Proficed is involved in 2 core businesses: IT Company and Web Design Agency. We cater primarily to clients in the USA, offering bespoke software development services. We are also venturing into three new businesses in near future: IT Training, Print Publications, and Fashion Modeling. Currently located in 5 cities, namely Ahmedabad, Delhi, Bangalore, Gurgaon and Noida, we are expanding our presence to Pune and Hyderabad in the near future. As part of our growth, we have established 3 subsidiaries: Codixon, Websitara and Oktosite.
- Founded in 2011, we initially operated under the name "Shakunsoft" (www.shakunsoft.com). However, to better reflect our diverse range of businesses, we rebranded as "Proficed" in 2023.
- Our client base spans across the United States, India, Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, and Germany. Notably, our focus lies in delivering exceptional software development services to our predominantly US-based clientele. We have successfully served clients across various sectors, including education, agriculture, textiles, healthcare, finance, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, real estate, logistics, travel, and hospitality, among others.

- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO principles.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Experience with SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS will be benefitted.

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives and drive business growth.
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and effective marketing tactics.
- Manage and monitor website performance, SEO, and user experience to improve online visibility and organic search rankings.
- Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

- For freshers: The approximate net salary after all deductions will range from Rs. 35000 to 50000 per month.
- For experienced job seekers: If you are an experienced candidate who is currently not employed (i.e., you have left your previous job and are actively seeking a new one) OR serving a notice period, we will consider offering a salary equivalent to your last/current salary with a potential increase or decrease of 2% to 10%.
- For experienced candidates currently employed: If you are an experienced candidate currently employed, and not serving a notice period (and you plan to leave your current company to join ours), we will provide a salary hike ranging from 20% to 30% compared to your current salary.

- The final salary offered to you will also depend on your past work experience, particularly in the same field as the one you are applying for. Candidates with relevant work experience are generally offered a higher salary than those with experience in unrelated fields.
- Candidates with career gaps will be offered less salary compared to those with continuous work experience.
- The numbers mentioned above are approximations and not exact figures. The actual salary offered to you may vary, either exceeding or falling below these estimates, based on your performance evaluation during the interviews and other selection rounds.
- Regarding deductions: We do not provide Provident Fund, insurance, allowances, or other benefits. Additionally, there are no deductions for professional tax or income tax. The salary we offer is 100% your in-hand salary.
- Freshers undergo a probationary period of three months from their date of joining, and their first increment is after the completion of this probation period. After the first increment, there increments are yearly based on annual performance evaluations.
- For experienced candidates, there is no probationary period. There increments are yearly based on annual performance evaluations.
- Full Time Job Hours: Monday to Friday, Anytime 8 Hours/Day between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Part Time Job Hours: 20-24 Hours/Week (Flexible)

Optional and Paid Facilities/Accomodation (for employees Working From Office):
- Lunch facilities from the office pantry/canteen are available at Rs. 1500 per month. Mondays will feature a feast.
- Shared and non-shared Paying Guest (PG) accommodations with food and basic amenities are available, starting at Rs. 6500 per month, subject to availability.
- If you are relocating from another location or city, one of our employees will accompany you for half a day to show you around, assist you in finding a suitable PG, and help you settle in once you report on the reporting day.

Leaves and Holidays:
- Employees are entitled to two paid leaves per month, which can be carried forward to the next month and can be encashed at the end of the year.
- In addition to Sundays, there are 12 paid holidays per year for festivals.
