Effective Date: April 1, 2022

At Proficed, we value the importance of a cohesive and productive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. In line with our business objectives and organizational culture, we have carefully considered the option of work from home (WFH) arrangements. After thorough deliberation, we have decided not to allow work from home jobs for our employees. This policy is put in place to ensure consistent performance, maintain quality standards, and promote a strong sense of belonging to our company.

On-Site Work Requirement:

All employees are required to work from our designated office premises during regular business hours unless otherwise specified by their immediate supervisor or HR for specific, exceptional circumstances.

Exemptions:

Work from home arrangements may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as temporary illness, urgent personal situations, or when explicitly required by the management for business continuity purposes. Any such exemptions must be approved by the employee's supervisor and HR department.

Remote Work Equipment:

Proficed will not provide remote work equipment, and employees are not allowed to use company-issued devices or resources for work purposes outside of the office premises.

Data Security:

To maintain the confidentiality and security of company data, employees are strictly prohibited from accessing company systems, files, or sensitive information from personal devices or public networks.

Performance Evaluation:

Employees' performance will be assessed based on their on-site contributions, adherence to company policies, and the achievement of set goals and targets.

Team Collaboration:

Collaboration and teamwork are central to our company's success. Being physically present in the office fosters seamless communication, quick decision-making, and a cohesive team dynamic.

Training and Development:

Employees will have access to on-site training and development opportunities that are designed to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Work-Life Balance:

We acknowledge the importance of work-life balance. However, we believe that providing a structured work environment at our office location contributes positively to achieving this balance.

Policy Compliance:

Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Review of Policy:

This policy will be subject to periodic review to ensure it remains aligned with the company's objectives and industry best practices. Any updates or revisions to this policy will be communicated to all employees.

At Proficed, we believe that maintaining a vibrant and inclusive office environment fosters creativity, teamwork, and employee engagement. By adhering to this policy, we aim to create a positive workplace culture that propels us towards continued success.

This policy is effective from the date mentioned above and replaces any previous work from home policies in the organization.
